I currently sell sunglasses at a local swap-meet in Mesa, AZ. I want to also sell Fake Oakley Sunglasses. The swap-meet will allow me to sell the fake Oakleys if I can prove that it is legal. I had heard that if you have a sign that states that the glasses are indeed Fake Oakleys, that this would be legal. As long as the customer clearly knows what they are buying. Can you send me proof that this is legal?
