I don't have a Justanswer account or subscription, yet I have gotten two charges from Justanswer of $14 each on my credit card. Since you have my credit number I must have supplied it, but at no time did I intend to open an account or subscribe. I think I may have supplied my information in connection with a service call to Nortom 360. If I do have a subscription or an account I would like to cancel it now.
