I established domicile in South Dakota last fall while RVing. I have since sold my RV and need to know what issues I'll face in permanently moving to another state. I haven't taken any steps yet and don't know what is required or who to contact. Additionally, I signed an affidavit when getting my driver's license in South Dakota stating I would establish permanent residency there when finished full-time RVing. Is there a charge for this service?
