I hired someone to do a bathroom remodel. It’s been 2 months of no shows and broken promises. I have managed to get my money back but he has left misc tools and a brand new shower and door in my garage. I have asked him numerous times to get it picked up. It’s actually in my way to get to other things that I need. What can I do? Sell it? What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. What steps have you taken so far?
