I filed multiple complaints in Palm Beach County Florida and with the Florida Department of Financial Service (FDFS) regarding violations of the Florida Whistleblower's Act, breach of contract, due process under USC 1983, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The FDFS has not responded, and the defendants have been filing motions to dismiss without setting them for a hearing. The docket shows a fourth amended complaint, but defendants filed a motion to dismiss a fifth amended complaint that is not on the docket. Defendants have also refused to submit to a deposition. What should I do about the motion to dismiss the fifth amended complaint, and should I also file a motion for default on the fourth amended complaint?

We sold an oven on Craigslist in Oregon that was 9 years old but only used for six months. The buyer agreed to the sale and later discovered a non-working burner and termite damage. We agreed to give him $50 for repairs, and he accepted. Now, he is suing us in small claims court. Do we have a case to win?

I am currently receiving benefits from a Medicare Advantage plan (Blue Shield 65+). This started in Richmond, CA, 94804. I am now trying to enroll in a plan where I currently live in Dayton, OH, 45419. Before I choose a new plan, I understand I may be eligible for payment help because of my income. How do I go about applying?

Can I use a UPS Store address as my primary, permanent address of residence, especially when it has been used for official documents like driver's license, taxes, and voter ID card, and how can I legally argue this in Alaska?

I am in a short sale foreclosure. My condo in New Jersey is not sold yet. I had to vacate due to total disability. In the past seven years, I had four major surgeries including two knee replacements. There were 15 steps to my apartment, and it was a struggle to climb. I paid my maintenance fee $311.00 monthly fee up until May 2015, I relocated to North Carolina in June 11, 2015. My spouse died in 2000. I have been charged $361.00 monthly and it will go up another $79.00 until the property is sold. My rent here is $903.73, health insurance $515.00 monthly plus medication, a used car payment, $279.00, my old car was 23 years old, plus many other bills and food. I received information from their attorney, I am being sued. I have nothing for them to collect. I am requested to respond by the 12th of May, 2016. ADVICE PLEASE?

My 51-year-old son and his spouse are threatened with eviction from their apartment complex due to their 12-year-old daughter's past behavior, which led to the police being called three times. The daughter does not live in the home anymore, but the complex still demands they vacate by May 15th. My son has muscular dystrophy and is wheelchair-bound. All three family members have mental health issues and are covered by SSI. Is there a law, such as the ADA, that prevents this eviction action?
