I got fired from my cook job for insubordination after my station closed and I couldn't see the orders due to a printer paper issue. I called the manager and other staff, but no one gave me orders, so I started cleaning. The manager later brought 11 new recipes, and I explained my station was closed and asked for a refund. What are my rights in this situation?

I was the charging party in an age discrimination mediation against my employer in December 2015. The mediator was working in the employer's best interest and kept us separated all day, going back and forth with counteroffers for almost 9 hours without food or bathroom facilities. I signed the agreement under duress after 8+ hours, in tears. The next day, I called the EEOC to see if I could revoke the agreement due to my emotionally exhausted state, but was told no. I later found out I had a 7-day right to revoke, but it was too late. Part of the agreement required me to resign my job of 15 years. Do I have any legal rights to file against the EEOC mediation/mediator for withholding this information and lying about my right to revoke?
