I got Humana dental insurance a couple of years ago and had multiple crowns and bridges done by a specified dentist. However, my temporary crowns and bridges kept falling out, causing inconvenience due to the distance to the dentist's office. Recently, a front bridge fell off, and by the time I could return to the dentist, two teeth were hurting and the bridge had fallen out again. The original dentist who did the work has retired, and the new dentist informed me that my front teeth didn't have enough tooth left to hold the bridge. After almost two years of work and significant financial investment, I have no front teeth, another crown fell off, and I have a toothache. I've tried contacting Humana's home office but received no response. What are my options to have the bridge and crown fixed?
