I had 4 root canals done on my front teeth by a dentist office in Lawrence, MA, called Community Dentist. I've been back 4 times to have the same front tooth glued back on until it can't be done anymore. A second replacement tooth has broken in half and a third tooth that they inserted has popped loose and is hanging from my mouth. I've gone to another dentist who has refused to work on my mouth until another specialist looks at the X-rays because he thinks there is a separation in one of the canals that might be a broken instrument or something. I'm in constant pain because of this new tooth hanging from my mouth and I've lost 10lbs in the last two weeks because I can't chew food. Not to mention that I talk with my hand over my mouth because it's a mess. Do I have a case?

I live in North Carolina and have been divorced since 2001. I recently learned that I might be entitled to half of my ex-husband's pension and retirement. Is this true, and have I waited too long to inquire about this? Additionally, when I refinanced my house, I paid off an existing loan that we were both responsible for, and my ex agreed to pay me back $3200. He has paid $2000 but now refuses to pay the remaining $1200. What can I do about this?

My boyfriend was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Pennsylvania and was told he was getting a DUI, but he never received a copy of the citation or any paperwork. They did not tell him how far over the limit he was. Is this legal?

I am going to a meeting with HR regarding a picture posted on my Facebook page that looks bad and could be interpreted as harassment. My face is not in the picture, and the person with me denies knowing about it. I don't know how to respond during the interview or what questions to ask. Any advice would be helpful.
