I had a business from 2011 to 2012 that primarily served Medicaid patients. Medicaid did not pay me properly, leading to the closure of my business. I am still trying to collect the unpaid amounts, which total around $20,000. The state Medicaid director mentioned that other companies might have been paid instead of mine. What legal recourse do I have, and is there a time limit on these unpaid transports?

We donated a boat to a non-profit organization for their youth programs. After completing the necessary steps, including a professional survey, the organization agreed to accept the boat and scheduled the transfer. However, after the transfer was completed and the title and keys were handed over, the organization discovered a mechanical issue and refused to take the boat. What are our options and responsibilities in this situation?

What other options does an attorney who has been disciplined by a state supreme court (as a result of a hearing that lacked any notion of fairness and due process) have other than filing a writ of certiorari? Could a complaint be pursued in a federal district court to obtain a fair hearing, and could a writ of mandamus be filed with the U.S. Supreme Court? If so, can these be combined as alternative relief in a single writ?
