I had a coworker posture at me at work, as though she was going to assault me, but she did not actually assault me. She has been increasingly hostile, and I am afraid to be alone with her. I filed an incident report with my public agency employer, but they are not taking action. I asked for assurance that I would not be alone with her during my shifts, but they could not guarantee this, so I had to back out of my shifts. I spoke with the police, but they indicated there was not much they could do. What should I do?

Last year, I discharged my pistol and called the cops after thinking someone had broken into my apartment. They took me to a psychiatric facility for evaluation and confiscated my handguns, ammo, knives, pot, and paraphernalia. After my release, I contacted the police to retrieve my property, but a detective said they were still investigating and I couldn't get my property back. How long can they legally hold my property, and how can I get it back, especially considering my depression diagnosis?

My ex-wife and I were divorced just over a year ago. I recently found evidence on her hard drive and phone that she has been involved in trafficking porn. What form(s) do I need to file in the state of MA in order to obtain bank, tax, phone records, etc.? Is there anything else I should ask for?

I am in a lease in St. Louis, MO. The property has flooded twice in two weeks, leading to a voluntary evacuation. The complex management sent an email about evacuating the building. Can I break my lease without incurring charges, especially considering my anxiety and depression have worsened due to this situation?
