After 8 months and 12 hours of surgery, the snap-in dentures did not fit properly, causing pain and issues. One post came out completely, and the lower denture's snap part detached. I moved to Houston, Texas, and a dentist there fixed the issues in 5 minutes, advising me to start over. I cannot afford to do so. I want to sue for damages, pain, and inadequate work. Can I sue the national franchise or just the local office?
