I had my medical certifications revoked 3 years ago due to an ethics violation. It is now time for me to request sanctions to be removed from my certifications. The bylaws of the ethics committee state that my time for appeal was when the offense happened and that a lawyer cannot represent me now. Do I still need to have a lawyer look at my letters I am submitting to gain reinstatement?

I was going to purchase a used commercial vehicle, sent a down payment, and completed all financing paperwork. However, when I went to pick it up, I found problems with it. If I do not take possession of the vehicle, can I cancel the deal and walk away? I am in Oregon, and the vehicle is still on the dealer's property.

Do you deal with contract issues related to the purchase of a companion dog from a breeder? I purchased the dog from a breeder in VA but live in NC. I agreed to bring the dog back to the breeder to be spayed within 60 days, but the breeder kept postponing and would not provide the name of her vet. The contract did not specify that I had to leave the dog with the breeder for 10-14 days post-spay. The breeder is now sending threatening texts and letters, and calling my vet claiming she still owns the dog and that I have breached the contract.
