I have a 16-year-old son with a trust fund in both our names. Recently, I cashed it in to prevent our home from foreclosure. My son's father, who pays child support, called the police, and they are now reporting me to the county attorney. I don't understand why the police are involved, if I did something wrong, and what I can do about this situation.

Do the judge have the right to tell the opposing counsel to redact out all conversations between the attorneys and objections from the trial transcripts after the trial has ended, and if these conversations and objections are missing from the official record, what can be done about it, especially in the context of an appeal?

If a check written for the sole purpose of being placed as a deposit for an animal trap was deposited and came back NSF, why am I liable? I was told if the trap was returned the check would never be deposited.
