Is there anything we should worry about with this young couple? I'm worried the man is trying to make us uncomfortable in our home and try to force us out. Is it legal to charge for mileage or any other fees if I bought a car on Dec 24th and the dealership asks for it back due to an incomplete loan process? I live in Utah and did not make a down payment or have a trade-in. I took the car home, which I understand is considered spot delivery and yo-yo financing. What are my rights or options legally if they try to impose higher payments or interest or if they deny the loan after I've already taken the car home?
