I have a BWC case since April 17, 2006, and I have never received any type of payment on this case. I fell at work, which added to my existing Fibromyalgia and mental health issues, and I have not been able to work since. Do you believe I should have been receiving some financial assistance? What advice can you provide?

What is the statute of limitations for filing a negligence claim, and does it run from the date the decedent's survivors discovered the negligence? Additionally, what is the statute of limitations for the federal government, and is it the same as for other entities?

In July 2006, I cosigned for my daughter to purchase a car. She later added a sunroof without my involvement. Despite my efforts to clarify my responsibility, I received a certified letter stating that the bill would be sent to collections if not paid within a month. The general manager of the dealership claimed I am still responsible for any additions made after cosigning. What are my legal rights regarding this situation?
