I have a Capital One Mastercard in the USA and my cell phone is served by Telus, a Canadian phone service. I've been trying to pay The Guardian for my readership but I get an email stating I must receive a one-time text before the transaction can go through. Capital One cannot send me any messages on my mobile phone. How can I resolve this issue so I can use my credit card for this transaction?

I was let go from my job after getting into a fight with a coworker. I was denied unemployment benefits several times, but a judge recently approved my claim. However, I think my former employer might appeal again. Do you think I'd still be able to get unemployment benefits since my coworker hit me first and I didn't hit him initially?

I have a follow-up question about the mold in my home. The property manager has emailed to check if the issue was handled, but it has not. I still have to wear a respirator mask and am going to the ER again today for oxygen due to difficulty breathing. I am scared not only for myself but also for my daughter and two granddaughters. Will my mother's property have to go through probate without a will or trust when the siblings agree that two siblings would like to keep the property and I do not, in order for my siblings to buy me out? The title is in progress, there are no debts or liens on the house, and I live in California while my mother's property is in Detroit. My brother has been signed as the fiduciary. Do we have to go to court?
