I have a charge on my credit card for a purchase of dumbbells for my grandson in the amount of $281.40. The order was made on Nov 18 and charged on Nov 19. I have lost my confirmation/order number and the merchandise has not arrived. Can you help? The credit card charge transaction is AMZN Mktp US*EN2SN8Z83 Amzn.com/billWA. The credit card is Aadvantage Aviator Red Mastercard. I am in South Carolina, and the card services (Barclay) receives payment in Delaware. I have not taken any steps yet and am looking for answers from Amazon regarding the non-receipt of the dumbbells.

I have a large judgment from a past landlord for damages that occurred while I was renting. My insurance denied the claim because the gas was turned off, and my landlord's insurance denied it because I was listed as an additional insured without my knowledge. The landlord sued me and was issued a default judgment for $125,000. I am concerned about protecting life insurance benefits I would receive from my mother's estate planning. Is bankruptcy my only option to discharge this judgment, or is there a way to pursue the insurance agent and company for listing me as an insured without my knowledge or insurable interest?
