I have a child and my father gave permission for the passport, but now opposes international travel. The airlines stated a letter of consent isn't needed. Can he cause a legal issue for me if I travel with the child? I am in Florida, traveling to the Dominican Republic. We've never lived together, and there's no court parenting plan.
