I have a civil case in Missouri involving FAM and MOD, where a judgment was entered. I initially filed a form but stopped before completing it on the 7th as I decided to give up. Later, I discovered I could file motions, so I filed a motion to set aside. Now, when I log onto casenet, it says my appeal is filed, and they aren't responding to my motion. It's day 10, and I can't find legal aid. What should I do next?

I am having landlord problems. The new owners have raised rent and changed things in my lease, failed to complete maintenance orders, and charged me fees for an eviction notice. Can they evict me if I haven't paid due to their breach of lease and non-work done?

In a civil case, if a process server leaves a summons at the door or with another family member, is the summons considered served? What happens if the summons was not actually served or handed to the individual being sued, and the plaintiff is now filing a motion for default?

If a company in California never provided the solar panels I paid for and then closed down, are they legally able to respond to or fight my credit card charge dispute? What evidence does the credit card company need to see that they are fraudulent and out of business?
