I have a client who broke a contract for wedding services and refuses to pay. I've attempted to settle the debt on multiple occasions and have even filed a small claim. My client is insistent on attending the hearing instead of settling outside of court. What is the likelihood that I'll lose the case? My client seems very confident that they will win and don't owe me anything. I am in Washington state, and my client has been served. We have a court date at the end of the month. Do I have a strong case?
