I have a contract with a wedding florist in Pennsylvania who has unclear terms regarding decreasing the size of my order. I have paid 50% of the quoted amount with assurance via text that I could decrease my order at a later date. The florist is now claiming that per her contract, the amount cannot be changed by more than 30% of her quote, which was a proposal. We informed her prior that we did not want delivery, which costs $1200 and is only available for an order over $5000. Even the proposal was not over $5k, but she is factoring the $1200 into the 70% that I owe, claiming I owe her over $1000 in addition to what I paid. What are my options and what steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I am wealthy and not interested in celebrities, but I want to stop this person from using his name and getting money from others. I was injured in a hotel casino in Atlantic City when a glass-topped dresser in my room wasn't secured, resulting in 9 stitches in my foot. The hotel offered me late checkout and an extra night stay, and later asked me to sign a paper in exchange for a 3-night stay. I am in New Jersey. What steps should I take to pursue this matter, and how can I obtain the necessary medical documentation from the ER I visited?
