I have a former coworker who is threatening to blackmail me by spreading private information about my past sexual relationship with another coworker. She is also contacting my ex-girlfriend and threatening to confront me at my apartment. No physical threats were made. Is there precedent for a civil suit here or could this be criminal?

Can I sue someone who changed my website password if I am the one who built and paid for the website? I need to find out if I can work and collect state retirement disability at OPERS. I was in a car wreck 11 years ago and was expected to never work again due to my TBI (traumatic brain injury). I want to try to work, but I make less than half of what I made before and need more money to eat/live. I am currently in Vermont, retired from an Ohio state job.
