I have a four-way meeting with my ex-husband for an increase in alimony. He has an attorney, and I do not. My sister will be accompanying me to court. Can I bring my sister into the meeting, and if not, can I leave the room to speak with her? Additionally, can I refuse to provide my financial statement until I see his, and what alimony amount should I be receiving based on our incomes?

I have an issue with a contract for my wedding venue. We paid a significant deposit and additional payments, but the contract was misleading. The original event proposal included an outdoor ceremony pavilion, beer and wine garden, window room, and reception area, but the staff who provided this proposal have resigned, and the venue now claims the proposal was not part of the contract. They are refusing a refund despite the significant changes and misrepresentation. What legal actions can I take, and should I hire an attorney?

If I have a restraining order against someone and they are prohibited from my houses (Airbnb, old house, new house) and they have been going to the old house to grab their things and sending other people without my permission to grab his work stuff, is that legal or breaking the order? Both of our names are on the house but I paid for it and the restraining order says he is to stay away but if he wants his things he can request a police escort.
