In the state of Florida, trailers under 2000 lbs do not get titled. I sold a trailer and financed it for a customer, but he has stopped paying. I have the original Certificate of Origin, a completed and signed finance contract, and a signed repossession form. Is it perfectly legal for me to have this trailer picked up by a repo company even though there is no title?

I live in a Senior Housing Apt. and for 2 years, I have received written notices and had employees of the management come to my door unannounced without a telephone call or written 24-hour notice asking to enter my apartment to search for noises made by a tenant. I am a quiet tenant and have recently suffered from cardiac heart failure and kidney failure, spending most of my time in the hospital and the Dialysis Center for treatment. I am black and believe the person making these false allegations against me is a Caucasian neighbor who lives above me. I feel harassed and discriminated against, and it's affecting my recovery. What can I do to stop this harassment and false allegations as I'm too sick to deal with all this?

Additionally, do we need a lawyer for her court date, and is it possible to get this expunged from her record?
