I need to find out if I can work and collect state retirement disability at OPERS. I was in a car wreck 11 years ago and was expected to never work again due to my TBI (traumatic brain injury). I want to try to work, but I make less than half of what I made before and need more money to eat/live. I am currently in Vermont, retired from an Ohio state job.

I am planning to change jobs. Will this move affect the malpractice suit against my current company from August 2021? The company's lawyer asked me if I have malpractice insurance, which I do not. Can I be sued separately? Will the company still cover the malpractice suit if I leave the company?
