I have a land contract for my property that was never filed with the courts. The buyer stopped paying, and I want to sell the property to someone else. Is this true, and what steps should I take to ensure the new sale is valid?

I am facing a misdemeanor case due to a gentle push to keep my aggressive wife away from me. I have stayed away from her for 7 weeks due to a restraining order. I have pictures of previous abuse and torn t-shirts from her violence. Can these be used as a basis for a police report or civil suit against her, and how strong would they be as evidence?

I joined a social media school in California where I was treated rudely by a teacher and subsequently removed from the program. The owner publicly badmouthed me and threatened to harm my online business. I'm concerned about their actions and want to know what legal steps I can take, especially since I paid $15K upfront and feel my reputation and safety are at risk.
