I have a large position of stock at T Rowe Price that they took in a few months ago on an internal ACAT. I recently received a letter saying they no longer want to do business with me and want me to close my account and move my stock out. With the new caveat emptor ruling, it is impossible to do and other firms have accounts on liquidation only for caveat emptor stocks. Can T Rowe legally do this to me? They have my account frozen and I cannot liquidate, and they are asking me to move my stock which is not a possibility at this point. What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. What steps have you taken so far? Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?

In a previous case, the City of New York was allowed to proceed with a false affidavit as part of a plot to free the defendants from liability, and monies were exchanged for a favor. I would like to speak with a lawyer in person along with proof that I never worked for the city of New York. What steps should I take to address this issue?

I am experiencing issues with a paid service worker who is not fulfilling her duties as a homemaker and independent living skills worker for my husband, who has disabilities. I feel manipulated and believe my husband is not receiving the necessary services. What steps can I take to address this issue, and can I demand documentation of every visit and separate workers for each position, especially since they are paid through a government waiver and I am not directly paying them?
