I have a legal case in which I have filed and successfully received a Civil Protection Order against someone. I have received notice from the court that a Modification hearing will be taking place in two weeks. I have had to miss work to handle this legal issue and want my supervisors to provide written statements about my missed work. I was told the company needs to receive a legal notice to do so. Additionally, I have spoken with a therapist about anxiety and panic attacks caused by this person. Would they also need to receive a legal notice to provide testimony?
