I have a legal question regarding a payment agreement that may go into default. My ex presented a contract where I participate in couples therapy for 6 months in exchange for him providing me monetary monthly support until 2022. If I participate and am active, I will receive support; if he walks away from the counseling, he is still to keep providing. He walked away and feels the contract means nothing. Is this type of agreement worthy of a lawsuit?
