My home was foreclosed on in Virginia. I received a foreclosure notice stating it was being sold on July 3rd. I had asked for a loan modification but was denied because I had filed bankruptcy in 2002-2003 and didn't reinstate my mortgage. How much time do I have before eviction, and how can I ensure my home wasn't reinstated in my bankruptcy?

I recently started driving for Uber and Lyft in Oklahoma City and have installed neon lighting around the interior of my car, including a light strip that reflects off the glass of my sunroof and another in the center of the back seat. Both light strips pulse with the beat of the music and can be seen from outside the car. I have had passengers ask if I've been pulled over before, and I'm curious if my setup is legal or if I should make changes. I have already passed nearly 20 patrol cars with my lights turned on and nothing has happened yet. What state is this in? And how old is the car? Has anything been filed or reported? When employers say they will conduct a background check on an employee, do they usually use BeenVerified or some other company? Does BeenVerified only conduct background checks for employers? How could someone prove they are an employer?
