I have a question about contesting a trust in California. I have the latest version of the trust, but 70% of the estate is missing from the trust documents. I have not received financial accounting, and the trustee wants to meet with me to work out a payment. We are about 60 days in from the receipt of the trust. How long do I have to demand an accounting in court, and how long do they have to provide one on their own?
