I have a question about voting rights in my HOA. The HOA passed a decision without my vote, and I was not informed about the meeting where this decision was made. The decision was to change the responsibility for window and skylight repairs from the HOA to individual owners. I need to know if the HOA can pass decisions with partial votes and if I can bring this issue back to the table at the next meeting.
