I have a tenant renting a room in my house in Oakland, CA. His dog bit another tenant's dog and has been peeing all over the house. I gave him notice to terminate his lease due to the dog biting another dog and gave him until the end of the month to move out. Am I legally in the right, and does he have to move, or should I be worried about a housing lawsuit or legal action from him?
