I have a trial next Tuesday 06/06. The opposing attorney has requested my trial brief. I don't want to send my entire trial brief to them. Do I have the right to deny their request, and if not, can I send only part of my trial brief?

I sold a van to a coworker, but she decided she doesn't want it and refuses to return it. The van is still in my wife's name, and she wants to keep it while I repay the money. What should I do?

In the state of Missouri, is it against the law for a 27-year-old to text a 17-year-old if the text messages are neutral and do not contain anything of a sexual nature? What could happen if the police are called, and does sending a normal face picture matter?

I need to get a copy of my I-129s. The form was not filed with USCIS because it's an L1 Blanket visa, but my employer sent it to me and I presented it at the consulate to get the visa stamp. Will the consulate have a copy of it, and how can I obtain it?

I attended a public meeting at the University of California and expressed my opposition to their new vaccine policy. I signed a sign-in sheet but did not agree to my comments being posted on the internet. My name and comments were posted in the meeting minutes, and I requested for them to be removed, but they refused. Additionally, they revealed that I have a disability. What is the next step, and what kind of lawyer handles this? Is it illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?

In the state of Kentucky, if a contractor does not complete a construction job, what rights does the homeowner have against them and what is considered a legal binding contract? Can they put a lien on our home? The initial 'contract' stated payment due upon completion, then we were asked to pay 1/2 up front. They left today expecting the last payment and the job was not complete according to the 'contract' or verbal agreements. The contractor is now threatening to come back to our property and do work we don't want. They did not complete the work via the verbal agreement either. They are now sending threatening texts and leaving threatening voicemails.
