I have a verbal agreement with a landlord who does not live in my actual home but still feels free to walk into my home that I rent any time he wants and tells me that I need to do the dishes and clean the living room but never gives me any kind of notice. Can he do that? And what can I legally do to stop him besides asking because I already tried that?
