I have a worker in a warehouse who had a fluorescent light bulb fall on his head, shattering on impact. He was wearing a hat and initially said he felt nothing. After being asked multiple times if he was okay, he confirmed he was fine. However, he later claimed that his head injury led to a fall on Sunday, causing back and neck pain, and is now demanding 60 days of pay while he recovers. He is threatening legal action if I don't comply. Should I be worried, and can he actually pursue this legally?

I am a landlord in California and need to start eviction proceedings against a tenant who hasn't paid rent since October 2022. The tenant signed a new lease in November 2022. What forms do I need to send, and is it a 30-day or 60-day notice to vacate if the tenant has lived there for over a year?
