I have a disability due to extreme skin cancer surgeries since 2012 that left me with right-sided facial paralysis, which inhibits my ability to blow into an apparatus for alcohol testing at my job with the TSA in Burbank, CA. Despite having a medical doctor's determination and TSA's acknowledgment of this as a medical issue in 2017, I was recently forced off work and had to use my leave time due to the same testing issue. I feel targeted and have been advised by my union rep to file a claim. What should I do?

Can a state-funded counseling center in Oregon tell me I cannot use the term 'wife' in a group setting because they believe it claims ownership or possession, and instead require me to use the term 'partner'? I found an ugly black and dead creature in ORGANIC SunButter, a product from a business in North Dakota. I contacted the company multiple times but received no response. I am in Canada and would like to know what kind of legal action I can take against them. The creature was in the bottom of the jar, meaning I consumed it, and I got sick a week later, though I cannot confirm if it was related. What should I do?
