I have agreed to settle an old credit card bill because they are taking me to court. I am disabled and do not want to face the court system so I settled. A friend is going to write a check to the Law Firm that is handling the case as per the letter they sent me. My question is what should I write in the memo section or on the back to be sure that this will be the only check I will be sending and this pays this in full.

My dog barks and my new neighbor complains all day. The previous neighbor did not complain, and other neighbors did not hear the barking.
