I have an account with Aaron's, a rent-to-own store, where I owe a monthly payment of $323. I offered $270, which was refused. I explained my financial situation due to illness in the household, but they still refused the payment. What are my rights as a consumer if a creditor refuses partial payment, and can they repossess the items if they refused my payment?
