I have an eBay store where I sell products by dropshipping from AliExpress. My payment account was frozen by a U.S. court due to a copyright infringement claim by Run-Tiger LLC d/b/a Run-Chicken. I have contacted the plaintiff's attorney but have not received a response. What should I do next, and is it possible to resolve this issue without significant legal costs?

We filed a Civil Summons, Civil Complaint, and Notice of Lawsuit to a Building Inspector from our LLC. The case is in Minnesota. He replied from his Lawyers with a Motion to dismiss on day 20, stating that we cannot self-represent since we listed the LLC as the Plaintiff. Can we file an amendment with just our name as the Plaintiff, or do we need to refile/restart the process?
