I have an elderly family member in the hospital being treated for Covid. He fell while being assisted to the restroom. We were not notified by the staff but by our family member. He was on fall precautions but was not wearing nonslip socks that should have been provided by the hospital. After we filed a complaint against the hospital, the staff manager has documented that he was wearing the appropriate socks and that we were notified, the fall was 5 days ago and her note appeared in the chart today. What action should we take about the falsified documentation? We have phone records to prove at least part of the claim. Our family member was also taken for a test and never received his nurse call button. He has to use his personal phone to call another family member. We had to call the nurses station from outside the facility and ask them to return his call button. They state we are not allowed to visit him because he has Covid but let a family come to visit twice before telling them to leave during the visit. We have been denied our inquiries for an administrator. Little to no communication from staff about the care and condition of our loved one.

I would like to file a complaint against Pinellas County Electric. They have caused me significant trouble since April. I am 84 years old and they have treated me very badly. I called them in April to address an electrical issue in my bathroom, where receptacles and lights kept going out. They installed a main switch box for $2429.95 on April 13, but the problem persisted. They charged an additional $428.95 for another repair that also did not work. They keep promising to come out and fix the problem but have not shown up. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?
