I have an upcoming restraining order hearing on 11/04/22 in Oregon. My abuser is contesting it, and I'm concerned about having enough evidence. I have texts and a video but the audio is poor. I also have a dismissed temporary custody hearing from 10/12/22 and a trial set for May 2023. I'm unsure about the status of the custody case and visitation agreements. Additionally, I need to know if I should attend a CMC as the victim of an assault where the DA has pressed charges. What should I do?
