I have been advised to file a nunc pro tunc. The attorney I contacted quoted $3000.00 for a fee I can't afford. My case involves an interlocutory judgment filed in August 1965, which was supposed to be final if not contested. My ex-wife filed this 42 years ago. I have a copy of the interlocutory judgment. I have an 18-year-old niece who is not competent enough to make mature decisions on her own. She has been brainwashed by her 17-year-old boyfriend and his father, who have manipulated her into moving into their apartment. The boyfriend's father, who receives disability money, is demanding rent from my niece, who does not have a job or a driver's license.
