I have been awarded a judgment against a car company in Arizona. I went to summon them for a debtors exam, but their lawyer argued that I didn't file the owner's name or statutory agent's name, asking for the judgment to be dismissed. The judge did not dismiss it but said he needed more time to decide. The lawyer claims it's too late to file a motion due to the time passed, but the judge took over a year to set a date for the debtors exam. What should I do next?

I'm on SSI and I just found out that there has been a check in my name for about a year now. I didn't inform Social Security because I wouldn't qualify for my SSI. What should I do?

I received a summons for credit card debt in Indiana. I plan to dispute the debt and am unsure how to respond to the summons and whether the statute of limitations applies. What steps should I take to file legal documents with the court and how should I respond to the allegations in the complaint?

I wanted to sue the hospital, the doctor, and the X-ray tech for negligence, but it's almost the 2-year mark. I am located in California, and there is a related criminal case that has been pending for almost two years. I was told to wait to file anything against the police department and the hospital, but I think they were just waiting for the statute of limitations to be over before I couldn't sue. What should I do?
