I have been divorced for over 20 years and my divorce decree states that I am to pay $312.76 to my ex-spouse, but it doesn't specify for how long. I have been paying this amount for a long time. My daughter is now 33 years old. Can I stop these payments, and what can I do to resolve this issue?

Our client just purchased a commercial property and we as property management just took over the management. What notices should we serve to current tenants? Any templates? And what information do we need to collect from them?

I am renting a single-family home in Florida, and my lease is up at the end of November. I have had ongoing plumbing issues, including drain flies and a horrible smell, since moving in. The landlady did nothing to address these issues until a rat got in, at which point she acknowledged a sewer leakage. She is now demanding to have someone come in to repair the issue during the last month of my lease, which I find inconvenient and untrustworthy given her previous inaction. I believe she is only addressing the issue now to prepare the house for renting again after we leave. I do not want to accommodate her request, especially since she previously accused me of bringing in the flies and rat. What are my rights in this situation, and can I refuse her access to my home?
