I have been granted authorization to administer a decedent's estate under IAEA in California. There is a will with named beneficiaries. Letters were issued over 4 months ago, no formal creditor claims were filed. All bills and creditors paid, taxes filed and paid. The estate is solvent and ready to file for petition of distribution. Estimated proceeds to beneficiaries is about $22K per beneficiary. I am filing in pro per. All the beneficiaries have filed a waiver of accounting. Probate court dates are about 4 weeks out from filing final petition, with another 2-5 days to issue final orders. I am about a week away from filing. That means distribution is in about 6 weeks minimum. One of the beneficiaries is under financial hardship and may lose her home in less than 30 days. What is the fastest/easiest way to get her early distribution? Can I issue a loan/early distribution from the estate? How do I report on the final petition?
