I have been in a 5-month-long dispute with my employer, involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. I was suspended after returning to the office for the first time in 3 weeks, despite working from home and taking care of my daughter. The suspension was due to alleged COVID policy violations, which I believe were not enforced consistently. I have already been on quarantine for two weeks due to my mother testing positive for COVID, and I have an open claim with the EEOC for discrimination. Can my employer legally require me to take another COVID test as a condition of continuing employment, and can I inform them that I believe the suspension is retaliation?

I was involved in a hit and run in Junction City, Kansas. I left the scene because I got scared and couldn't afford the hit, even though I saw myself hit the vehicle and leave a dent. The police contacted me through my Sergeant (military), and I told them everything that happened. What are the legal implications, and is there a way to handle this without it affecting my record?

I got my name changed when I was 16, and I would like to have the court record sealed so people cannot find out my old name (I am transgender and am worried this might put me in danger), but I don't have a specific, legitimate threat of danger against me. Is it likely that they would allow me to seal my records, despite lack of a serious reason, because I was a minor? (I am in MD).

How can officers, who are supposedly trained in dealing with people with mental health issues and intoxication, turn on and harm me during a search, and what can I do to get my confiscated iPhone 12 back?

How can I prove that I didn’t make a false police report when I called the police due to being abused by a drug addict who is my baby’s dad, but the police took his side over mine based on a video that misrepresents the situation?
