I have been living in a community for 10 years and am being terrorized by my neighbors in Florida. They have painted a swastika on the road where I walk my dog, assaulted me, stalked me, and harassed witnesses. I have reported these incidents to local authorities, obtained a restraining order against one woman, and have videos and photos of the activity. Despite this, the authorities classify it as a community dispute, and the FBI will not help. I have talked to a lawyer, but the defense for the restraining order claimed bias against gays, which is untrue as I have close ties to the LGBTQ+ community. My neighbors also want my house to establish an all-Lesbian community, which they attempted to do illegally in 2009. What legal actions can I take to stop this harassment and protect myself?
