I have been trying to file a claim with PepBoys for over a year due to faulty work on my 1998 Jaguar XJ8, but my case keeps getting passed on to another person and no one ever contacts me. Pep Boys damaged my fuel line and used the wrong replacement part, causing gas fumes to leak into my car. They denied the issue when I took it back, and I haven't been able to drive my car for over a year due to the high risk of fire. I have all the paperwork and pictures to prove their work.
