I have been trying to return a used vehicle that was fraudulently obtained due to dealer misrepresentation to the finance company. I was forced into a contract and don’t want to ruin my credit for non-payment. What can I do, especially since I haven’t made the first payment on the car?

I need a simple privacy policy for my ecommerce website selling office furniture and supplies. I will not be selling any customer info but will be adding their info into a QuickBooks database for reference and bookkeeping purposes. Can you recommend a website where I can create my own privacy policy?

I put my ex-boyfriend's car in my name, and he has been making the payments on it, but everything is in my name including insurance. Would I be able to send someone out to repossess the vehicle, and would he be able to take me to court for reimbursement of the car payments he has made?

I am being taken to small claims court in about a month if I can't pay a veterinarian bill in full. I currently have so many other bills that I can't afford even the $20 monthly they were suggesting I pay. I made a few payments but not many. I have to be able to feed my kids too. I'm not sure what to do. I've been wondering if filing bankruptcy is something I should look into.
